After picking her feet up and dropping them a few times, the heels come off with care and then he gets to rubbing and groping her feet, focusing on her soles. He plays with one foot at a time and then goes to fondling both feet. He sits her up with her back against the couch and (quite comically) slaps her numerous times as she becomes very disoriented before he knocks her out again. She is pulled back to the center of the room, this time on her stomach instead of her back and he goes back to playing with her feet, groping, prodding and rubbing to his heart's content before tying her big toes together.
