The story begins with a note to a villain known as the Groper and it reads: 'Welcome Back! Check out the surprise in the garage.' It seems the Groper's fellow supervillains have been thinking of him while he was locked away (what a show of evildoer comradery)! He goes into the garage and spots an alluring buxom female form bound in a chair with her hands overhead and a bag over her head. He wonders who it could be under there while checking her out and ends the mystery by yanking the bag off her head to reveal the superheroine who put him away, 'The Widow'!
