In the final chapter of our story, Lois (played by the curvaceous Ester Amoral) finally snaps after being fired several weeks prior from her job as a star reporter for the Planet. After going on a vicious mind-blowing binge across the city lasting several weeks, Lois eventually sobers up and finds herself in an alleyway, penniless, panty-free, and a vagrant. Her mind, already unhinged, finally snaps under the stress and she goes home and dons a black catsuit, beautiful knee-high boots, and a black mask and starts referring to herself as "Madame Orpheus" --> With a fiery, burning hatred in her heart for Stargirl (played by the gorgeous Katherine Trayburn), Madame Orpheus swears to bring the Maid of Might to her knees and to finally discover the Kryptonian's secret identity once and for all.

Stargirl, responding to a call from "Lois", arrives at the apartment studio and scans the room for any signs of the missing ex-reporter. While lead paint in the walls of the building inhibit Stargirl's x-ray vision, her super-hearing is easily able to pick up the sounds of Lois Lane's heartbeat coming closer. When Lois arrives, dressed as a supervillain, Stargirl takes a deep breath, having become accustomed to this sort of thing over her many years on Earth. As Lois rants about how becoming a supervillain was the greatest thing that's ever happened to her, Stargirl patiently lets Lois monologue, and then tries to apprehend her afterwards. Unfortunately, while Stargirl was expecting some form of kryptonite trap from the deranged Lois, instead she is attacked with a "Parasite Crystal" that Lois has stolen from the Metropolis Museum of Antiquities. This crystalized gemstone, all that remains of a LexCorp maintenance worker named Rudy Jones who was accidentally transformed into a supervillain, has the ability to siphon away all of the yellow solar energy stored (as sunlight) in Stargirl's cells. A few touches and a few caresses with the crystal later, Stargirl is a moaning, weakened wreck laying on the floor. Wanting to make sure that Stargirl has no chance to escape, Madame Orpheus touches Stargirl's breasts and legs with the jewel, stripping the Kryptonian of every erg of solar energy in her body. Not wanting to take any chances, Lois also strips Stargirl of her 'solar absorption belt' (which enables her to process Earth's yellow sun energy much faster than an Argo City native could under normal circumstances) and leaves her lying on the floor, defeated and powerless. During the interrogation process, Lois grills Stargirl about her secret identity and the weakened junior superhero is to blurt out her true secret identity while under agonizing pain, which confirms Lois' suspicions all along.

Eventually gaining consciousness and wearily stumbling to her feet, Stargirl has a twofold problem. How to defeat Lois while she possesses the 'superpower-draining' parasite crystal, and how to trick Lois into believing that Stargirl and Linda Lee are *not* the same person after she blundered the secret of her true identity to the ace reporter. Then, in a flash of insight, Stargirl realizes what she needs to do... But will it work?
