STORY
Batgirl is sneaking around the Joker's lair, the HaHaHacienda. As she talks to Batman on her bat-communicator, she is warned that the Joker is using a new and dangerous type of memory-wiping chemical on people. Batgirl promises to be careful and logs out, determined to bring the Joker to justice all on her own.
Wonder Woman is sneaking around Joker's lair as well, looking to bring him to justice. Her boyfriend Steve Trevor contacts her, urgently asking if he can take credit for her apprehension of the Joker once she defeats him so that he can score some points with the top brass in Washington. In a move borne of quiet diplomacy, she deflects him away as easily as if he were a bullet pinging off of one of her bracelets, and continues her investigation.
The two heroines accidentally bump into each other, and agree to work together for the common good. Unfortunately, the Joker finds them first and pumps the room full of a weird blue gas, which makes both heroines very dizzy. Batgirl fumbles in her utility belt for her gas mask, but suddenly cannot seem to remember which belt pouch she has it in. Wonder Woman uncoils and twirls her magic lasso, but her hand-eye coordination is all gone and her lasso flies out of her numb, lifeless hands. The room grows dark, and both heroines collapse onto the floor.
When both heroines recover, they are now dressed in skintight cheerleading uniforms, with matching white socks and athletic shoes. The cheerleading outfits (which barely cover their shapely buttocks) are very low cut and suggestive. Both women stand up, but they can't seem to remember who they are. Seeing the logos on their uniforms they each assume that their name is "U.S.A." - What the girls don't realize is that there is a bimbo formula mixed in with the amnesia gas, and both women have had their keen intellects greatly reduced, and so now they act like stupid bimbos.
The Joker enters, demanding that the two "servants" get back to cleaning the Jokermobile and preparing for their big heist later this evening. The girls (thinking they are hench-girls working for a crime-lord) try to do a good job but of course being bimbos they accidentally make things worse by using the wrong tools and almost destroying the Jokermobile. Batgirl gets a hold of a sidearm and empties a clip into the vehicle to 'polish' the car and Wonder Woman whacks it with a riding crop a hundred times as hard as she can, denting the finish.
The Joker, infuriated, sees the damage the two bimbos have caused and leaves to go buy four new whitewall tires. As soon as the girls are left alone (continuing to snoop in their bimbo way) discover a stash of superhero costumes upstairs but because they're still under the effects of the amnesia gas they don't know whose heroic costumes belong to who, and accidentally put on the wrong costumes in the most bimbo move ever! Now Wonder Woman thinks she's Batgirl and Batgirl thinks she's Wonder Woman!
The Joker returns, and sees the girls are dressed in spandex again. What he doesn't know though is that the heroines are trying to be the OTHER person, and failing miserably at it! Wonder Woman acts like a vigilante ballerina and she can't seem to get much done and doesn't know her own crazy strength! Batgirl acts like an ancient warrior but is completely mystified by her sudden lack of strength and even though she's a great warrior she's not used to wearing a super-tight shiny catsuit and a really heavy. cumbersome cape!
Worse, "Batgirl" has no idea what devices are in her own utility belt so she makes some big blunders during the fight by going into the wrong pouches and pulling out detective items when she should be pulling out grenades and tear gas capsules! "Wonder Woman" has no idea how to deflect bullets with her bracelets so she unfortunately gets shot multiple times by the Joker. Fortunately her indestructible costume saves her from permanent injury but her skill with bracelets leaves something to be desired! Both heroines are easily overpowered and taken captive. Batgirl is shackled with the bat-cuffs from her own arsenal and her pouches on her utility belt are all glued shut with Joker-Glue. Wonder Woman is actually starting to win by kicking the Joker with amazon-powered kicks, until her golden belt of power is ripped off in the heat of battle and all of her coordination and agility suddenly leaves her.
