QUICK SYNOPSIS:
Wonder Girl accidentally gets caught playing with a forbidden bondage toy left mysteriously on her bed, only to be bound tightly with it by accident. Her attempts to get free fail, and later a rival student depowers her and then calls in the headmaster to get her expelled from the academy. Wonder Girl figures out (too late) that the bratty girl who turned her in to the headmaster was the one who planted the bondage toy to frame her in the first place.

STORY
Captain Freedom wants to give all of the superheroine trainees at Freedom Academy a promotion to sidekick with a superhero when they graduate, but the Class of 2018 only has one active superhero in the United States who can take on a fledgling sidekick, so right now the job is up for grabs between top honors student Wonder Girl and her rival, the spoiled, rich superperson-in-training known as Onyx Avenger. The two girls both have a 4.0 GPA and are in hot competition against one another for the coveted sidekick spot, but they don't know which one of them will get the promotion.
Wonder Girl returns home to her dormitory room and hops onto the bed excitedly after returning back from a hot date with the sophomore superhero Jupiter Boy, and she sees that there is a strange wand laying on her bed. Picking it up, it's clearly marked with warnings saying not to activate except under the most dire circumstances. Naturally Wonder Girl activates the wand to see what it does and immediately gets trapped in magical ropes which explode outwards from the wand and bind her tightly to her own bed!
Caught in ropes holding her arms and legs in a spread-eagle position, Wonder Girl tries to flex using her super-strength but the white ropes are created from magic and are impossible to snap! Thrashing around on the bed yields nothing and with her arms held in this awkward position she can't reach her magic lasso or touch her emergency communicator hidden in her tiara. Eventually she hears the sounds of someone entering the dorm room and she calls out for help, only to discover that Onyx Avenger was lurking around in the background possibly spying on her.
Wonder Girl asks her rival for some help ion escaping from the rope bondage holding her tightly to the bed, but Onyx Avenger plays coy and instead of helping her the brash, gothy superheroine asks Wonder Girl what she was doing by playing with Captain Freedom's bondage wand when the laws clearly state that no junior grade superheroine may touch ANY of Captain Freedom's artifacts or weapons at any time or face the dangers of expulsion.
Wonder Girl tries to lie to Onyx Avenger to get around admitting that she was caught doing something that would earn her a thousand demerits when suddenly Onyx Avenger reaches down to the bound superheroine and deftly unsnaps the clasp holding Wonder Girl's power belt around her waist! Her super-strength dissipating, Wonder Girl feels the ropes constrict even tighter and now she knows there's no way that she can ever escape in her weakened condition.
Onyx Avenger taunts Wonder Girl with the blonde superheroine's own power belt, dangling it just out of reach. Wonder Girl can't get free and pleads to give it back because she's powerless without it, but Onyx Avenger just laughs at her cruelly. When Captain Freedom suddenly arrives, that is when Wonder Girl realizes that Onyx Avenger was the sneaky one who planted the bondage wand in her dormitory room in the first place in a blatant attempt to get Wonder Girl to play with it...so that Drusilla would be caught in it and then Onyx Avenger could turn her in for suck-up points to be considered the only member of Captain Freedom's graduating class of 2018! By suckering Wonder Girl, then Onyx Avenger can be assured of becoming a full-fledged metahuman!
Captain Freedom enters the room and Wonder Girl must come up with a plan soon, or she'll never be a graduating superheroine here at the Freedom Academy! Can she keep Onyx Avenger from tattling on her?

QUICK SYNOPSIS:
Wonder Girl is interrogated by Captain Freedom and he discovers that both trainees aren't being completely honest with him. He decides to free Wonder Girl from her bondage and then tells WG that she can de-power and tie up the Onyx Avenger as payback. After Onyx is stripped of her power belt & bracelets, she's also left on the bed as punishment (which REALLY makes her angry.) The story ends with both girls being held in bondage on the bed, with a peril-filled trap set by Captain Freedom to teach them a lesson about working together for a common good. Both girls have to escape (without their superpowers) to keep from being blown to kingdom come.

STORY:
Captain Freedom uses his truth-detecting "freedom vision" on Wonder Girl and discovers she was lying about many parts of her story. Astonished, Captain Freedom demands that Wonder Girl be untied from the bed immediately, which Onyx Avenger reluctantly carries out. After being freed from the ropes, Wonder Girl is delighted to hear that Onyx Avenger must now give Wonder Girl back her telepathic tiara as compensation, as well as turn over her power-bracelets and her energy-generating beta-particle belt as compensation for the same being done with Wonder Girl in part one of our story. Wonder Girl strips Onyx Avenger of her many power items, even going so far as to put Onyx's silver belt on her own costume, acquiring Onyx's superpowers for herself (much to her fellow student's annoyance.)
Captain Freedom, upset that both girls have stooped so low in their rivalry, issues a judgement as headmaster of the Freedom Academy. Both girls will have to face a summary judgement and an elimination in a 'sudden peril' bondage tournament. Both girls are to remove all of their outer articles of clothing (including any remaining power items, much to Wonder Girl's dismay) and strip down to just their bras, panties, and their pantyhose. Wonder Girl reluctantly pulls down her star-spangled skirt, and then her indestructible crimefighting leotard, obviously ashamed at being to do battle in little more than her skimpy undergarments.
Soon, clad in only their bra and panties, both girls are tied to the bed, as Captain Freedom puts seven sticks of dynamite underneath the bed on a pressure sensitive timer. The captain sets the time for five minutes, and then leaves both girls to work towards their escape. The first girl to get out of their bondage and disarm the bomb will be allowed to stay. The other student who does not escape will be put through a horrific of fire and shrapnel that may very well end their miserable life. Captain Freedom also takes Onyx Avenger's blast-resistant pantyhose (already damaged in the initial scuffle) and tears them with his bare hands, ripping them off of her legs and leaving her legs bare and unprotected. Now Onyx Avenger's special energy-absorbing pantyhose will give her no protection from the coming explosion!
Both girls struggle as time ticks down, the sounds of the timer echoing ominously in the chamber. Can either girl get free from their bonds and escape in time?
