The police commissioner's step-daughter, Tiffany "Bad Tiff" Schwinger (played by fetish phenom Bambi BUttons), has quite a bad reputation in town. She's been known to consort with criminals, destroy evidence, burn down buildings, bribe witnesses, drive recklessly through Tiedsville at unsafe speeds using impounded cars, wreck havoc in court, and generally is considered a malcontent and a brat. Unfortunately she's also the only step-daughter of Commissioner Kent Schwinger, so he turns a completely blind eye to his step-daughter's spoiled nature, ordering the police to release her whenever she is arrested, bludgeoned, tasered, or caught red-handed in some criminal act. This has made Tiffany into one of the most hated figures in Tiedsville history, a victim of both fatherly spoiling and corruptible 'preferential' treatment.

Now, it is Tiffany's 18th birthday, and although 4000 invitations were sent out, nobody has decided to attend. Not the judges, not the lawyers, not anyone from Tiffany's graduating class. Nobody can stand the bratty Tiffany for even an hour, and so everyone has expressed their fondest wishes but nobody is brave enough to actually attend the birthday party, infuriating Tiffany beyond human comprehension, sending into a profanity-laced tirade of verbal hate against everyone in the city she deems 'stupid', 'useless', 'worthless', or 'extra-extra-stupid.' - Even though her step-daddy tries to calm her down, Tiffany bawls her eyes out and demands that SOMEONE important attend her birthday. Like.. right now!! Reluctantly using the "trouble-alert" wristwatch, Commissioner Schwinger sends out a priority-three signal (and later, after Tiffany starts to throw a tantrum again that nobody is arriving, he upgrades the signal to priority-one for his .) When Wondrous Woman (played by famous Chicago-based cosplayer and fan-favorite fetish model, Kearstin) arrives WW is appalled that the commissioner would the trouble-alert like that for something as trivial as a birthday party. After the commissioner explains the situations and 'convinces' WW to stay with his step-daughter for her 18th birthday party, he hastily departs before anything else goes wrong.

Tiffany Schwinger, spoiled and bratty, immediately wants WW's golden tiara and tries to snatch it off of Wondrous Woman's head to take as a birthday gift. WW, not wanting to part with it, wards the bratty 18-year old off but later Tiffany manages to snatch it off of the amazon's head when her guard is down and puts it on, getting a brief surge of telepathic ability by donning the mental-enhancing magical artifact! Realizing that she is now in mental control of the invisible jet, Tiffany concentrates really hard and telepathically activates the jet's engines via the tiara, sending the invisible jet surging forward across the lawn at 40mph and crashing into the Schwinger's Olympic-sized swimming pool, wrecking the jet and submerging it beneath the water!

WW, enraged that Tiffany has just trashed her invisible jet, snatches the tiara back but Tiffany takes delight in grabbing at Wondrous Woman's golden lasso. Playing with the glowing lasso of truth, Tiffany confesses all sorts of lurid, dirty, and profane things to the righteous Wondrous Woman while holding the golden artifact, including the fact that her step-daddy excuses all SORTS of improper and illegal behavior that she does by his power as the police commissioner and dropping all charges as soon as she commits them! WW, completely aghast at how evil and twisted this young woman is, tries to reason with her but the commissioner's step-daughter is a spoiled and mean-spirited brat, completely sociopathic and self-serving! When WW tries to take the lasso back Tiffany refuses to hand it over and quickly spritzes the amazonian princess with a squirt of liquid neurotonic napping agent, causing Wondrous Woman to become dizzy and disoriented. Realizing what was in the bottle, WW tries to escape but Tiffany grabs an extremely large coil of rope and whacks WW over the head with lightning speed with it, the heavy (and gigantic) rope knot on the end slamming into Diana's head with bone-crunching and speed! Floored, WW quickly succumbs to the blow to the base of her skull (a spot where all amazons are vulnerable) and slowly loses contact with reality as she knows it.

When WW recovers, she discovers to her horror that she is leashed with her own magic lasso and ordered by Tiffany to obey every command that Tiffany gives, and to NOT try to escape or resist in any way. Compelled by the lasso and weakened greatly by the exposure to the toxic neuro-inhibiting agent, WW meekly obliges. Tiffany then leashes WW, climbs on top of her, and rides her like a pony around the room (WW being denigrated by being to crawl around on her hands and knees like a slave.) WW's pleas for release fall on deaf ears, and soon she is further humiliated by having Tiffany draws obscene images across Wondrous Woman's back in bright red lipstick (including stick figures masturbating and the phrase 'filthy whore') before finally pulling out a small pink washcloth and dispatching the lassoed superheroine in a truly Faustaesquian manner. As the pink fabric clamps firmly into place, WW puts up a mighty struggle but the potency of the attack soon takes its toll on the weary WW and soon she cannot resist any longer and one deep breath later the most powerful superheroine in the world calls it quits by her fluttering eyes and her groggy demeanor. Her quiet collapse to the ground marks the end of the first part. Will WW recover in time?
