With her step-sister Drusilla being reprogrammed into evil by the power of Wonder Woman's own magic lasso, the once-amazing amazon is under interrogation to truthfully admit that without her golden belt of strength, her bullet-deflecting bracelets, her telepathic tiara, and her magic lasso that she has no more superpowers and is truly helpless. One look at Drusilla's crazed eyes tells Diana all that she needs to know -- Her step-sister is now a brainwashed and hate-filled ambassador for the Fourth and once she's untied from her prayer tie rope bondage she's going to tear Diana apart limb from limb!

Slowly untying the knots with careful deliberation, Dr. Remorae sees that Wonder Woman is just stalling for more time and so he threatens to put a bullet in her if she doesn't start moving faster. Bereft of her magical bracelets, WW is to comply with the evil doctor's wishes. As soon as Wonder Woman unties Wonder Girl the hate-filled junior superheroine tackles her big step-sister and attempts to take her life! Closing her super-strong hands around Diana's neck, the berserk stops at nothing to throttle and eliminate her hated enemy! Struggling for breath, the beautiful amazonian princess gasps and claws herself away from the rampaging Wonder Girl, managing to buy herself a little bit of time and distance in order to pull her thoughts together for even the barest of moments. Wonder Girl, still filled with seethed hatred for her big sisters, growls and tries time and again to finish the job that she just started.

Dr. Remorae laughs and assures Wonder Girl that she (with her powers) is more than a match for the POWERLESS Wonder Woman. Wonder Woman (knowing this to be true) tries to use tactics to keep Wonder Girl from closing in for the finishing blow. Eventually Dr. Remorae tires of the cat-and-mouse playing between the two sisters and leaves the room to go prepare the van. It is at this moment that Wonder Woman strikes! As soon as the two are alone, Wonder Woman grabs a nearby pillow and clamps it tightly over Wonder Girl's nose and mouth and holds it tightly in place. Despite and muffled cries for help and all the kicking and struggling, eventually Wonder Girl grows tired and dizzy and collapses backwards onto the bed, taken out by simple deprivation.

Wonder Woman, knowing that Dr. Remorae will return at any moment, takes advantage of the situation and pulls off Wonder Girl's power belt, bracelets, and takes the magic lasso into her hands... putting on Wonder Girl's power items on her own body and restoring her superpowers at long last. Unfortunately as the doctor returns to the room he has one FINAL ace up his sleeve, and Wonder Woman discovers to her shock and horror that when it comes to dealing with the fourth they prepare for EVERY contingency! As Wonder Woman realizes she's been outflanked, she allows the evil doctor to slowly unzip and slide off her costume, leaving her naked and wearing nothing but a single pair of suntan-colored pantyhose as the evil doctor reveals the REAL reason why he decided to use Wonder Girl in his insidious plan. Agreeing to submit willingly if Drusilla is allowed to go free, WW is into making the ultimate sacrifice to save the life of her amazonian step-sister!
