The story picks up from six months later, as Wondrous Woman investigates a businesswoman who has been taken hostage and whose life is directly threatened. As our fearless crimefighter investigates the home where the hostage is being kept, she sees the prisoner tied to a chair but sees no sign of the young woman's captors. Breaking open the main door, the amazon princess quickly frees the hostage but as her attention is diverted she realizes too late that the hostage was actually just a clever ruse. The hostage (Audry Meadows, played by Rosie White) sneaks up on Wondrous Woman as soon as she is freed and while Wondrous Woman is looking out a window the devious young delinquent quickly snatches away the amazon's golden belt of strength from around her waist. The courageous crimefighter tries to reclaim her golden girdle back from the busty redhead but without her super-strength she is easily shoved down by the angry young woman. Robbed of her weapons of justice, WW realizes too late that Audry is a newly-hired minion for her old nemesis, the Auctioneer. Even as the heroine protests this brutal treatment, Audry takes interest in WW's red-and-white boots and the two villains shove her down into an armchair and strip the sexy superheroine of her fantabulous footwear, leaving her in nothing but her pantyhosed feet.

What follows afterwards is a session of "cat-and-mouse" where the two villains cruelly play with their powerless prey. Without her belt or lasso, the two villains shove the helpless amazon back and forth between them, each one taking the time to either grope, punch, kick, or sexually the powerless princess before 'passing her off' to the other villain with a quick shove. Each time as the eagle-top to her skintight costume is savagely ripped down and her breasts grabbed at (or slapped at) by the two horny supervillains, Diana tries bravely to escape but is easily kept in place by the now-superior opponents she has to contend with. Even being smacked on the ass or groped in the crotch fails to break WW's steely nerves. Finally, both villains growing bored with her, the amazon warrior is briefly breast-smothered by Audry (who pulls off her blouse and bra and pulls out her mega-sized milky-white breasts) and is left gasping on the floor, exhausted and beaten. The Auctioneer moves in and quickly dispataches the weary heroine, leaving her on the hard wooden floor. Awakening a short time later both hogtied and stripped of most of her colorful costume, Wondrous Woman fights mightily to break the ropes but without her amazon strength the struggling eventually proves totally useless. Silencing their defiant amazon with a big rubber ballgag, the two villains take further delight in tormenting their powerless captive by alternately spanking, then tickling, and then electro-shocking their bound prisoner with a small taser device. Wondrous Woman's exquisite (but gagged) squeals of pain reverbrate throughout the Auctioneer's hideout, even as she is brought into the bathroom for the final doomsday device... a rapidly filling tub of icy-cold bathwater that the hogtied heroine is lowered into. As the water levels rise higher and higher, the bound amazon tries to keep her head above the rising waterline. As she arches and cranes her neck, the water slowly creeps slowly upwards, and eventually, her neck muscles strained beyond her stamina, her head collapses lifelessly into the freezing water... and a long trail of tiny air bubbles slowly rises from the submerged head of America's greatest heroine. Is this the end for our courageous crimefighter? Has the Auctioneer finally won?
