Wondrous Woman's sidekick Liberty Belle has been promoted to a full-fledged superheroine in her own right and has been relocated to Star City on the west coast. With that promotion firmly-in-mind, dedicated and slightly deranged mega-fan Tiffany Collins (in her job as president of WW's national fan club) meets with the amazing amazon (in her civilian "ordinary" guise as Diana Prince) in order to discuss the possibility of job vacancies and of her being WW's next star-spangled sidekick. As the two meet, Tiffany gushes with fan pride and is awestruck by the champion of justice, but as the conversation goes on, Diana becomes more and more concerned that Tiffany feels that she is 'born' for the job, and that it's her 'destiny' to become a superhero and achieve greatness, fame, and worldwide popularity. Tiffany also blocks out any other calm reasoning from Diana as to why it's too dangerous for an ordinary woman to go into the dangerous and world of superheroics, focusing only on the glamorous and celebrity-loving aspects of being a crimefighter.

A little concerned by Tiffany's burgeoning hints of megalomania, Diana tries getting to the heart of the matter by using her magic lasso of truth (tucked away in her purse) to try and find out what's going on in Tiffany's angry, confused mind. As Tiffany sees the famous glowing rope, she squeals with delight and grabs at it, seeing it as a wondrous magical artifact with powers beyond those of ordinary people. As Tiffany claws at the lasso and tries to hold it, the sorceries in the golden lariat work their spell on Tiffany's mind and Tiffany mutters under her breath about how if Wondrous Woman doesn't give her this promotion she's going to beat her down, take her costume, and leave WW's battered carcass in a dumpster for the rats to eat. Astonished at this shocking revelation, Diana immediately puts an end to the meeting and gets up to leave. Realizing that once Diana walks out that door Tiffany will *never* have another chance to become a superhero, she tackles Diana and drags her down to the floor, kicking and screaming. Diana tries to spin-change into her secret identity as WW in order to end the fight but Tiffany, knowing all about the spinning transformation, tackles her and interrupts it halfway before the transformation can begin.

As the two women struggle and catfight on the floor, pieces of their clothing start getting ripped off. Blouses come undone, bras slip off, belts get ripped off, high heels get kicked off, and skirts come tugging down around the ankles. Soon, both women are catfighting and struggling in just their sexy panties and garter stockings. The fight ends when Tiffany reaches into her garter belt and pulls forth a piece of cotton that's a time-honored and tested tactic for finishing off rebellious Wonder Women. After defeating Diana through Faustaesque methods, Tiffany blearily stumbles away to implement part two of her plan. As Diana slowly awakens thirty minutes later on the floor, she realizes she's alone and quickly spin-changes into her identity as WW before Tiffany returns. The courageous crimefighter soon sees Tiffany wearing one of Diana's old costumes from the 90's (while still wearing her geeky glasses) and dementedly declaring herself WW's *new* sidekick! Astonished that a fan would go to such lengths to become a superhero, WW tries talking Tiffany out of it but what eventually happens is Tiffany's growing fury clouds her better judgement and she strikes WW in anger. Wondrous Woman takes the blow effortlessly, feeling no pain. Even a flurry of slaps, punches, and kicks from Tiffany fail to damage the amazon princess in the slightest. WW takes them all in stride, sighing in disappointment. After a truly astonishing hail of punches and kicks manages to *slightly* injure WW, the amazon responds with a single punch, one that completely knocks out the pretender in the WW costume in a single blow. Yet, as Wondrous Woman kneels down to tend to the fallen Tiffany, there is a final moment where Tiffany's plans to stop WW slowly unfold... a moment where Diana will fall into a carefully-laid trap of using feminine pathos as the bait, and when the sympathetic WW falls into the trap Tiffany will take away her idol's precious items of power in order to make her weak and helpless and then Tiffany will successfully emerge from their battle as the new (and improved) Wonder Woman!
