In this new series, Supergirl and Wonder Woman face all sorts of new challenges and disasters which only the Girl of Steel and the Amazing Amazon can safely face! In this scenario Supergirl is already captured and her body is being analyzed by LexCorp computer to discover the genetic key to making an army of Kryptonian clones with which Luthor plans to rule the world. Supergirl is held captive by that fiendish mad genius Lex Luthor who is clearly obsessed with destroying Supergirl's cousin Kal-El, Lex uses the young and naive' Supergirl as a guinea pig in his fiendish plots to destroy the Last Step-Son of Krypton!

Supergirl awakens in a holding room, weakened by a large green kryptonite jewel. Her powers already gone, Kara struggles on the bed to escape her rope bondage but she's already too weak to break free because her super-strength is now gone. Too weak to use her heat vision or flight powers, Supergirl moans and groans helpless as she writhes on the bed. Eventually the Velvet Glove enters the room and removes the giant chunk of green kryptonite, instead replacing it with a syhthetic green K ballgag which shuts up Supergirl but runs no risk of being dangerously terminal to Kara's Kryptonian physiology! As Kara moans and whines on the bed, she eventually manages to escape with some "super" help.

Lex and Velvet Glove return several hours later after examining all of the scientific data, furious at Supergirl's untimely escape. before either of them can figure out a new plan, Lex hears Wonder Woman's invisible jet approaching, and the two of them decide to lay a trap for the amazon princess. Using his invisibility ray, Lex makes Velvet Glove disappear from sight and soon the fiendish villainess is able to get the drop on Wonder Woman and ambush her from behind! As the two struggle, Wonder Woman starts to have difficulty in defeating her enemy and realizes that during their struggles Diana's golden belt of power has accidentally come partially undone from around her waist! Without it buckled in place, she only has a fraction of her super-strength and so Wonder Woman needs one hand just to partially hold the magical artifact in place around her waist while using the other hand to hold off Velvet Glove's vicious attack! Eventually the Velvet Gloves uses a fabric swatch soaked in something sinister to disable and put Wonder Woman to rest using the euphoric of resin and sodium trilithinide. Unable to resist the sickly fumes, WW goes under and Lex tears away Diana's power belt, ending the fight once and for all for the powers of evil. Is this the end? Can Supergirl rally her (now-depleted) solar-strength and come back to save the day?
