QUICK SYNOPSIS:
Wonder Girl and Wonder Woman recover from their defeat last episode to find themselves powerless and held captive by the Collector. The villain comes in and the two superheroes to remove each other's boots for his perverse pleasure, and then orders them to put each other out with cloths soaked in a powerful liquid After each girl is ragged out by her step-sister, the Collector leaves. When Wonder Girl recovers she finds she is alone and bound at the wrists with her own magic lasso. Wonder Girl later runs into a new crop-wielding dominatrix supervillain calling herself Sadistica. Wonder Girl fights her, loses badly, and is spanked severely and has her buttocks punched by Sadistica until Wonder Girl is crying in obvious pain and agony.

FULL STORY:
Wonder Woman and Wonder Girl both wake up as prisoners of the Collector. As both heroines slowly regain their senses after being zapped with Myron Finklestein's stun-beam, they realize that their belts, lassos, and bracelets have all been confiscated by the pervy Collector. Wonder Vivian realizes how dire the situation has become and immediately tries to contact Paradise Island telepathically for help, only to discover that Myron has also taken the liberty of stealing her magical tiara as well, robbing her of the majority of her mental powers and the power to command the invisible jet!
As both heroines realize their true helplessness, the Collector returns and is holding a .38 in his hand. He points it at the two helpless heroines and insists that they each remove the other's boots. Knowing they have little chance to overpower the Collector without their power belts and without bracelets to deflect his bullets, both women submit. Wonder Girl reaches down and grabs WW's expensive red-and-white signature boots, and slowly slides the zipper down on each one of them, pulling them off with a soft popping sound and revealing Wonder Woman's bare pantyhosed feet. Then WW does the same for her step-sister, gently coaxing Donna's feet out of her black "high and hard" classic leather high-heeled boots, revealing Wonder Girl's bootied feet swathed in red spandex. Donna trembles as this is her first time being debooted, and losing her magical footwear is like a rush of fear for her, making her shudder and tremble at her sudden vulnerability.
Next, the Collector wants both superheroines to be out like a light, so he gestures for Wonder Woman to look over to her right where a small brown bottle and washcloth are, the bottle filled to the top with a foul-smelling entropy-inducing substance. The Collector advises Wonder Woman to uncork the bottle to smell it's contents, but not too closely. The moment that WW does sniff she recognizes that sinisterly-sweet odor immediately. An amazon's worst enemy, a neuro-paralytic, a powerful and rest-inducing agent! One good whiff would indispose even the most powerful of amazons and leave her napping body open to being stripped and ravished by any lust-filled man
With little option but to obey, Wonder Woman pours a small amount of the brown syrup onto a cloth, where it immediately begins giving off a heavy odor reminiscent of Wonder Woman is edgy at this point, but then is told by the Collector to hand the soaking-damp rag to Donna Troy. After handing it to her, Wonder Woman discovers that SHE is to be the victim in this takedown! Wonder Girl firmly clamps the cloth into place, and Wonder Woman gets a big faceful of fumes from the cloth, which immediately go to work on her in her weakened and powerless condition. After Wonder Woman is napping fitfully on the floor, Wonder Girl's eyes turn red with rage. Unfortunately, the Collector still has his .38 o he orders HER to take herself out with the cloth as well. Unable to change the tide of battle, Wonder girl is to comply and soon she is putting the damp cloth over her own nose and mouth, breathing in the brownish fumes and quickly crossing her eyes in woozy delirium. Her disoriented collapse comes just a few moments alter as she caves in to the narcotic fumes and she is quickly laying beside her fallen amazonian step-sister Diana.
A long time later, Wonder Girl recovers and finds that she's been bound at the wrists with her own golden lasso. Not remembering being bound with her lasso leads Wonder Girl to believe that much time has passed since she was defeated and rendered powerless, especially considering her body odor and the dirty, unkempt condition of her traditionally "pristine' Wonder Girl costume. After managing to wiggle her tiny hands free of her wrist bondage, Wonder Girl now has one of her power items back (her lasso) but little else. Looking around the room reveals her other power items placed in a bag and left in a desk on the other side of the room, concealed from view. After finding her remaining power items and putting them back on, Wonder Girl goes to the window and tries to find the invisible jet so she can escape, but lacking any sort of a magical tiara, she is unable to telepathically locate or control the jet in any fashion. Going to w window proves useless as well because (quite unsurprisingly) she cannot even see it because of it's ability to remained cloaked to the human eye.
As Wonder Girl prepares to escape, a woman armed with a riding crop walks haughtily into the room. The woman is dressed in a maroon leotard, adorned with gold boots and a matching metal belt of the same color, with elbow-length gloves and a pair of hellish-rimmed goggles over her face. This is SADISTICA , the chief interrogator of the compound, and the one who will be breaking Wonder Girl's willpower with a variety of spanking techniques, pain implementation, and a riding crop capable of delivering a powerful electrical taser-shock as well.
Wonder Girl demands to be let free, but what happens instead is that Sadistica uses her powerful cyborg limbs and bionic implants to intimidate Wonder Girl, as her strength levels are 30% greater than that of even Wonder Girl's amazonian capabilities. Sadistica gets Wonder Girl in a leg lock and squeezes the young superheroine with her powerful pantyhose-sheathed thighs, threatening to crush the young superheroine into submission. She also delivers a lot of spankings and riding crop strikes to the junior superhero, and a vaulting array of butt punches to Donna's unprotected spandex-clad backside! Wonder Girl manages to return some of the spankings to her opponent as a little bit of payback, but Sadistica clearly has the advantage in this fight, and soon the amazonian titan is overwhelmed by the sheer intensity of the villain's ferocious attacks!
Wonder Girl is crushed badly, but is still in the fight for now. Can Donna possibly survive an onslaught though from the cybernetic disciplinarian? Only time will tell! Even with her superpowers, this will be a long and very painful battle for Donna's tender booty! A superheroine can only take so many spankings before enough is enough!
