It is the year 1942. and Wonder Woman is still a prisoner of the terrible "Third and these nasty Germans have not only taken Wonder Woman as their prisoner, but they've also stripped her of her golden belt of strength, her magical lasso of truth, and even her bullet-deflecting feminum bracelets! Without her weapons of justice and without her strength or her superpowers, how can one amazonian princess hope to survive against such overwhelming odds?
Wonder Woman (still handcuffed and leg-cuffed in a 'figure-four' locked position) is helpless and seated on the floor of the dungeon. Without being able to break the specially-crafted steel restraints, Wonder Woman looks for another option. She is confronted by Baron Blitzkrieg, who tells her that he wants specific military information from Wonder Woman...

Blitzkrieg knows already about Wonder Woman's golden lasso of truth and has read numerous files on it's precision ability to people to divulge even the darkest of secrets, but the Baron is not 100% certain if Wonder Woman herself is vulnerable or not to her own magic weapon, and if any information garnered from it is reliable enough to waste good German soldier's lives upon. Baron Blitzkrieg decides that good old fashioned 'interrogation' is what will be used against Wonder Woman, and the magic lasso may be used as a fallback in case the usual methods prove ineffectual.
Wonder Woman does her best to delay Baron Blitzkrieg during her interrogation, but then the evil German produces a powerful electric cattle prod and threatens our powerless princess with it. In her weakened state, WW has almost no resistance to pain and so each 'touch' of the prod fills her body with bolts and bolts of bluish-white crackling electricity! Enough electrical charge to fry an egg! Enough electrical charge to end someone's life! The scene ends with Wonder Woman undergoing a battery of 'genetic manipulation' where she is given doses of a chemical called whose sole purpose is to genetically re-write her DNA codes and make her into a blonde and buxom German woman when all of the treatments are complete! Horrors!
Wonder Woman endures shock after shock, screaming aloud in agony and pain. Growing weaker with every taser jolt, the mumbling and muttering superheroine finally cracks under the stress and agrees to tell Baron Blitzkrieg and Doctor Remorae everything they want to know. Our scene slowly draws to a close with Wonder Woman chained up in the dungeon with her arms high above her head. Still powerless and still incapable of breaking free, Wonder Woman tugs at her heavy metal chains and prays to Hera for deliverance from this German dungeon and a chance to enact her own style of revenge on the Third for all of the humiliation and bondage she's been subjected to this whole week!
