The Black Avenger is at a Comic Con, giving her autograph & taking photos. The money she raises doing this is all going to charity. She is scheduled to appear the following day. BUT WAIT...THE TAXMAN ARRIVES. He claims she owes the US govt. $98 dollars from her 2012 1040. She says she can pay it right now.
