Bat Girl (played by the very sexy & she looks great in the costume Rachel Adams) goes to check out a house frightening the neighbors. They see strange lights & hear scary voices. Its an eyesore but the owner does enough, that the City is powerless. She enters & demands to see the ghosts. SHE HEARS A HAUNTED VOICE THAT WARNS HER TO LEAVE. She refuses.
