Brain Drain has heard that the Super Heroine named Red Ranger,(played by Constance) has a new power suit. She has been wearing it for 2 weeks & it has helped her capture a lot of criminals. Brain Drain realizes some foreign nations might be willing to buy it. Somehow, he has set a trap for her, capture her & then try to find out, how the suit works.
