Kitty is Scarlett's lazy stepdaughter who spends her days shopping and spending her step-dad's money. Even though she should have moved out a long time ago she refuses to get a job or do any of the chores she has been asked to do. Scarlett is tired of her laziness and decides Kitty needs to be a taught a lesson she should have learned long ago.
