Acro Suave has been an instructor at your gym for some time now, he's asked to speak with you because he's been putting a lot of work and hours into this gym and feels that his efforts should be rewarded. He explains this and asks for a well-deserved raise, but you don't seem to agree with it being deserved. He think's you'll be changing your tune though once he takes you and your ego down a few inches.
