Bloated belly relief. My tummy is particularly bloated today and it feels quite uncomfortable, yet nothing seems to want to come out. I need to get rid of all this gas asap! I would usually take some activated charcoal but I can't seem to find my pills - I probably misplaced them again. A soda will have to do. I rub my belly, get up and show it off to you, distended as is, take another chug and burp (and also fart, from time to time). I'm slowly starting to feel like myself again! x
