Challenge half exhales.
This challenge is going to be easy - or so I thought. In actuality, it was pretty hard exhaling only half a breath, then taking another inhale from my cigarette immediately afterwards. The trick is to smoke really fast, not giving your lungs enough time to realize they're running out of air. I coughed a bit but powered through, sucking on the filter of my Marlboro with hungry drags. By the end of this challenge I was feeling light headed, my heart was racing and my throat was raw. Worth it, though x
