I finally did it! 40 cigarettes - that is 2 packs of cigarettes a day. I am beyond proud of myself, as any heavy, chain smoker would be! Of course, such hedonistic pleasure doesn't come without it's downsides and I, for one, have been experiencing some health issues. Warning for graphic dark lung/heart talk.
