Sweet Maria is being held hostage by a mysterious man whose intentions are to feed her cake until her belly bursts out of her tight jeans! He feeds her, one fork full at a time; and she complains about being stuffed, he simply the food down her throat. She will get fat - fatter, that is. Fat women with protruding bellies, big, fat thighs (so big in fact they are bed ridden!) turn him on, he confesses.
