Most brutal inhales challenge. I have been filming a lot of smoking challenges lately. What can I say, I love testing my limits as a smoker. I light up one of my Marlboros and start pulling as much smoke as I possibly can into my lungs in one single pump! Sometimes I go for multiples, trying to get as much smoke as I can inside my body.
