"For the clip; could you tease out a few sneezes, either with pepper, chhinkni powder (if you have it) or a tissue, whatever makes the snot flow more. Once your nose is full, do some nose blowing into a kleenex. The louder the better. If possible, could you attempt a honk towards the end? Try to make the balance 50-50 between sneezing and nose blowing. There’s no rush either - try to find a time when you’re at your snottiest."
