Once they reach her toes, they divide each and every one with their tongues and clear out all the stink between the spaces. To be sure the stinkiest foot gets the most attention, the nurses use both their tongues on that particular foot and drench their hot saliva in all the wrinkles and on all the toes. Soaking the feet even more, the nurses take one foot and shove it down their own spit covered throat and transfer it to that entire foot!
