Hali's fat her however, owns the company so she is the one that closes most any deal because she is the pushiest on a count of making herself look good to step-daddy. So today, she drives up to the old man's house unexpected and as she tries to park her jeep, she ends up running over a Santa Clause doll several times with her big bulky tires, flattening and distorting his face and entire body. Before entering the house, she examines beneath her tires to see if she hit something but can't see anything from her point of view so she brushes the idea away, having no idea she just ran over and completely ruined one of this old man's precious family heirloom treasures. When she knocks on the door, the sole owner of the house greets her and looks shocked to see her here so early on a day he wasn't her. Looking through her files, she informs the man that she is his last resort to help him sell this house and if he doesn't sell soon, his house will go off the market and he will stuck here forever all alone. They walk into the living room and takes a seat on the couch where Hali tries continuously to convince him to part ways with this big old house. All of his family is gone and he needs to accept the fact that this house is only going to make him depressed if he continues staying in it and living in heartbreak. Eventually, Hali drops her heels to the floor and inches her sweaty stocking feet closer to his side of the couch and apologizes for the smell. She even lies back on the couch and points?spreads them right in his face where he can get a good look at them, as if trying to coax him into selling his house by using her sweaty feet to bribe him. Finally, he gets a text from his neighbor, informing him that whoever is parked at his house in a jeep has ran over his Santa Claus doll! Immediately, the man along with Hali run outside to see his precious doll crushed beneath her tire. Hali rolls her eyes, not believing how stubborn this old man is over something so little an meaningless. When they finally get back inside, Hali tries to go back t o her toe stretching in his face routine but the man is so tore up over his doll, he can't even think about selling at all now. Not amused, Hali jumps up, grabs her keys and tells him that when he's finally ready to sell his piece of house to give her a call and she will get it sold for him!
