I haven't worked out in so long, I don't really even know what you put into a workout routine so I try to do what I think I know. Some stretching, squatting my rump ass, jumping jacks that'll jiggle my body around, an arm workout and some push ups. I attempt the push ups twice, do you think I could actually do them or am I too fat to hold up all my weight?
