The idea is quite simple: you would just need to literally blow at the camera. Deep inhales followed by long powerful puffs of air directly at me, your lips shaped into an O-shape, with your cheeks puffing out. Just imagine you would blow out the candles on a birthday cake, or you had superbreath like Supergirl and you're using it to blow me away! :-) I was thinking of a 5-minute clip, I imagine this can be quite tiring. The last minute should be a close up to your lips while you blow powerful breaths at me in a quick series.
