I have noticed that when the session starts out, my rug feels pretty confident that he can take what I dish out to him. This is what i call big man syndrome. There is a cure of course. I start out barefoot, my favorite, but when I notice him being a bit to confident,I slip on a pair of high heels and slowly start to march on his chest. Not hard at first, but softly, and then ask him on a scale of 1 to 10, how big he was feeling, he said and 11! So down came the heels just a bit harder, grinding into his flesh.
