Everyday, multiple times a day, I have to take out my invisalign trays and clean my teeth... and I mean REALLY clean them. Watch me as I take my trays out, floss, brush with an electric toothbrush, brush my tongue, use mouth wash, and rinse away and spit out all of my stinky morning breath before I put the trays back in!
