What a load of gas I've got today! After a lovely lunch consisting of excessive amounts of beans and milk I can't help but run to the toilet several times to release some of the loudest farts yet (Its safer for me to release them in the toilet). I'm bloated and find a lot of comfort in squeezing my stomach to out some gas. I try a few positions to get the most farts out - sitting on the toilet, lifting one but cheek, bending over... wheeeew!! It feels good to let it out!
