Hannah has just transferred from a school in the deep south, she's never even been outside her town before, and she goes from a school that had 56 students to a school with over 1200! It's a bit overwhelming for Hannah so her step-mom suggested she try out for the cheerleading squad since she knows Hannah had enjoyed doing cheer at her last school. She pays a visit to Coach Deacon to ask for a tryout but the coach informs Hannah that there are no spots left in Varsity and since she is 18 and a senior, JV cheer is not really an option for her. Hannah tells Coach Deacon how much she wants to be a CHEERLEADER, so the coach gives her a bit of a "tryout" right in his home. For the innocent Hannah, Coach Deacon's hands on her body seems unusual since her previous coach never did that.
