There is heat wave going on this summer and Chloe is getting real tired of her step-mom's refusal to turn on the a/c. Apparently the utility bills were too high so she is trying to cut costs. Well it leaves Chloe pretty miserable, so she decides that if her step-mom is not going to allow her to turn on the a/c, she simply is going to walk around the house NAKED!! Now you can imagine the effect this has on her step-dad Gary!
