Officer Monika means business as she asks J. to move his car or it will be towed. For J it's love at first sight when he sees the tall and beautiful officer. He can't control himself around the officer who's towering over him. He tries like a fool to ask her out but Officer Monika likes her guys bigger and taller, not a tiny midget like J is. J tries to grab a hold of Officer Monika's huge legs but can barely get his short arms around it. He should've listened to what the officer was telling him. Now he's got no date and no car.
