Sultry villainess Debauchera (played by Paris Kennedy) revels in tricking the hands of justice by traveling to distant galaxies and posing as a superheroine. While enduring a recent cold December on her home planet she decides to visit Earth and soak in some sunshine in the beautiful, oceanside city of Los Angeles. Not long after her arrival she happens upon a buxom, fair-haired superheroine named Terra Danyell (played by Tanya Danielle.) Debauchera hates her on sight.
