Mayor Hamilton -decked out in her trademark bun, spectacles, and short skirt - is in Newark for a convention. After a long day of networking she returns to her room only to espy a young black stud cleaning the pool about six floors below her window. She lusts after the well-muscled hunk, actually enjoying the fact that he is wearing a tight, butt-hugging Speedo swimsuit. Soon she can take it no more and she rushes out to the pool to seduce him.
