Sheriff Mercedes Ashley received reports that a certain criminal was baking psychedelic cookies in her city. At first she did not believe it. Who would do such a thing? She began investigating the anonymous tips and discovered that a creepy individual known only as "The Chef" had indeed been producing the tainted fare in his mobile laboratory/kitchen.
