The director does not acknowledge Tanya after letting her into the room. He merely gestures for her to put on a slinky outfit and a pinky ring with a small enamel flower on it. Tanya does so and then asks him what he is planning to shoot. The director waves his fingers at a folded-up note on a ledge behind her. Tanya believes it is a script so she smooths out the paper and reads it. It only contains the words: "I am going to turn you into a robot." Tanya stares at it and then looks up at the director and says: "This is a joke, right?" No response. "OK, obviously you are playing around. Now where is the script? What are we shooting?" Tanya says with a touch of exasperation creeping into her voice. The director points his camera at her and simultaneously picks up a remote control. He aims the remote control at Tanya and presses a few buttons. Tanya feels a sharp current pulse through her pinky finger on which she is wearing the ring with the yellow enamel rose. She opens her mouth to speak, but finds that she can only open move her jaw muscles in jerky, incremental degrees. Soon she finds that she can only move all the rest of her muscles with the same slow, jerky, robot-like motions!!
