Hoorah! I love jumping up in the air, kicking my toned legs, and shaking my pom poms for practice! Oooh... you know what? I have the perfect idea! I heard that playing with a beach ball is great exercise. Coach says it's great for building up our lung capacity as we blow up a big inflatable ball... and all the more workout to bounce it around afterwards! I'm going to have to try it out...
