Every 3 months I use a deep conditioning treatment on my hair to make it smoother and fix any damage done by dying it and styling it. I get into the shower and get my long hair nice and wet, then I use shampoo and wash it out before I put on the deep conditioner. It smells so good as I work the conditioner through my hair with my fingers and then with a comb. Once I've combed it through my hair enough i then twist it up in a big butterfly clip and scrub my body with some soap and a loofah. I run my hair through the water to wash out the conditioner and am so pleased with how it feels now. I shut the water off and comb my hair again before twisting it back up into the butterfly clip and putting on a big bow to keep my wet bangs out of my face :)
