He begins to strip the still out woman, taking off her blazer, shirt and pants. He also removes one of her boots and looks at her foot which is still in a sock. Awhile later, after he has tied her up he again, stripped to her bra and panties, he again demands the money from the mayor. He begins to tickle her and she wakes up, blindfolded and confused and obviously ticklish. She has no idea what is going on and begs for him to stop tickling her but he doesn't. He uses his fingers, a toothbrush, a credit card and a hairbrush to tickle her feet. She laughs out loudly and wiggles around in the ropes while he still demands payment. He rips open her sock and tickles her bare foot, then removes the other boot and tickles this foot too. She begs for him to stop between laughter and giggles. He demands that she tell him which is worse - having her bare foot tickled or the one in the sock. She at first doesn't answer, just keeps laughing, but she finally admits which is worse. Then he asks which instrument is worse and she finally answers. He continues to tickle her and He again demands money saying if it isn't paid things will only be worse for the mayor's step-daughter.
