I start by taking my hair out of it's braid and brushing it. Long strokes to the side, and from the nape of my neck down. Then I get it completely wet. I start to shampoo it from the bottom up. I work it all into a nice lather finger massaging it into my scalp. I rinse it out then begin to condition it. Again working from the bottom up. Once my hair is saturated I start to finger comb it. All the way from the nape to the bottom. I rinse out all the conditioner again, making sure to get it all out. Then I start to towel it off.
