I start off by blowing my snot and flossing my teeth for a long time. I get very deep in there because I care so much about my dental hygiene. I gargle/gurgle mouth wash not only once, but twice, and show you as I spit it out into the sink. I also gargle water - to get my mouth extra clean and rinsed. I spit and floss a second time, with a fresh, clean piece of dental floss. No talking!
