The gym was closed (WTF!) so I suppose I will have to utilize my pocket sized roommate to get a pump in!

I perform squats, lunges, bicep curls, deadlift variations, chest press, single and double leg press and even back rows with him. He gets lifted on my shoulders, back, fireman and more.

Of course, I lift him up my his skinny neck and throat too. Unfortunately he is too light for me, so I ditch him and head to the gym anyways.

This video also features intense humiliation, including weight & height, as well as muscle worship, flexing & muscle comparisons.
