Realtor TERRAMIZU has been given one more chance to sell the home or will be terminated. She has an appointment scheduled with GIA LOVE and needs to make this sale. In the restroom, Terra realizes that Gia is showing more interest in Terra than the house and wonders if she should use that to her advantage. She contemplates if it's worth risking her job for the lack of professionalism, but decides she needs the money. She unbuttons the top buttons of her BLOUSE and goes back out to meet Gia in the living room.
Terra mentions how warm she is and asks to excuse her unbuttoned shirt. She continues the show the house, but keeps receiving flirtatious vibes and looks from her client. Becoming more EMBARRASSED, Terra distracts Gia to look out the window. While distracted, Terra takes this opportunity to intentionally shift her BRA to have NIPPLE SLIP. Gia takes notice but is not upset, and flirts even heavier. Terra re-adjusts top runs back to the restroom.
Terra's now in conflict; she knows that using her looks to make the sale is wrong. She decides to just go back out as a professional, potentially losing the client and job as well. She then remembers the last client that saw the house got NAKED with her, and was set to make a purchase (until Terra messed it up!). She says 'fuck it' and begins to STRIP.
Gia is bored, checking out the bedroom when Terra walks in room completely NUDE! Gia's a little shocked, but now shows serious interest! Terra begins to stammer, trying to cover up her body. She goes to the restroom and tells Terra she'll see her in the living room. Terra confused, thinking this would work, but instead backfired! Terra is HUMILIATED with herself, certain she will lose her job and runs out of the bedroom in a panic!
Terra's sitting in the living room with her hands over her head, sulking. Gia comes out, asking if she's OK. She looks up to see Gia completely NAKED ! She's shocked but pretends to like it, given the circumstance. Gia agrees to the sale, expressing her joy that Terra made Gia very comfortable with her NUDE enthusiast ways. She hands Terra a check, hugs her and walks off to celebrate! Terra slumps back in the chair, completely baffled that this worked! Her realtor job troubles are over and maybe this NUDITY thing isn't so bad.
