In the last video , Sheriff TOBY SPRINGS sent off his deputy JOSE CORTEZ out to town to search for MILES STRIKER, aka the Big Shamrock! When Toby least suspected it, the Big Shamrock caught him off guard and TICKLED him in BONDAGE, INTERROGATING him for the key to the city, but he never cracked!
