In the last video, MILES STRIKER , aka the "Big Shamrock" caught Deputy JOSE CORTEZ and secured him with HANDCUFFS and SHAKLES while CLEAVE GAGGING him with a bandanna! Shamrock is determined to acquire the location of the key to the city so he can rob all the local shops and banks, but Jose refuses to release such delicate information! Shamrock puts the FOOT TICKLING technique on the Deputy while INTERROGATING him for information! Jose finally leaks the information and the outlaw gets the key! He then leads the Deputy off to get reacquainted with the already BOUND Sheriff TOBY SPRINGS!

Now both Deputy and Sheriff are BOUND and GAGGED! Deputy is HOG-CUFFED and Sheriff is HOGTIED with the scoundrel Shamrock in the middle! It must be the luck of the Irish that lets this outlaw FOOT TICKLE and HUMILIATE the two officials! Both STRUGGLE as their sensitive SOLES get played like bagpipes! They LAUGH and howl, enduring the TICKLE torment that Shamrock inflicts onto them!

After much BAREFOOT TICKLE DOMINATION, Shamrock dangles the key to the city and the keys to the HANDCUFFS over Jose & Toby's face, relishing in the triumph. Since the two aren't going anywhere, and Shamrock isn't in a hurry to escape, he decides to take a nap next to them! Will the two COWBOYS break free and catch the outlaw, or suffer the defeat and stay stuck in BONDAGE? Find out next week!
