SUPERVILLAIN TERRAMIZU stands before other random SUPERVILLAIN NYXON. Terra thinks Nyxon is trying to rob the same bank as her, but Nyxon plans to turn Terra in to the commissioner, leaving Nyxon as the only SUPERVILLAIN to rule the city!
