TOBY SPRINGS is at his desk working, when TERRAMIZU comes up and slams a file on his desk. Stunned, he stares at her. Terra explains that her boss wants Toby to sign over his business, and if he doesn't she'll have to EXECUTE him. He laughs, as he used to be a kickboxing champion. He humors her by placing a wager; if she can get him to the ground, then he will sign the business to her boss, but, if he gets Terra to the ground, then he's going to have "some fun" with her. She agrees and the scene fades.
