TOBY SPRINGS is at his desk working, when TERRAMIZU comes up and slams a file on his desk. Stunned, he stares at her. Terra explains that her boss wants Toby to sign over his business, and if he doesn't she'll have to EXECUTE him. He laughs, as he used to be a kickboxing champion. He humors her by placing a wager; if she can get him to the ground, then he will sign the business to her boss, but, if he gets Terra to the ground, then he's going to have "some fun" with her. She agrees and the scene fades.

TOBY SPRINGS is at his desk working, when TERRAMIZU comes up and slams a file on his desk. Stunned, he stares at her. Terra explains that her boss wants Toby to sign over his business, and if he doesn't she'll have to EXECUTE him. He laughs, as he used to be a kickboxing champion. He humors her by placing a wager; if she can get him to the ground, then he will sign the business to her boss, but, if he gets Terra to the ground, then he's going to have "some fun" with her. The scene fades in with Toby removing his shirt, and Terra removing her high heels. They square off and Toby takes the first PUNCH, leading the fight. Terra dodges all his PUNCHES and KICKS. She blocks his PUNCH and knees him in the gut. He doubles over, but it's not long before she gives him a swift KICK to straighten him up! It's her turn to land a few PUNCHES and KICKS! Toby is getting torn apart! She PUNCHES him with a left hook, front snap KICKS him in the chest, and then lands him onto the wall with a spinning back KICK!

Terra launches a side KICK into Toby's chest, driving her BARE FOOT into his chest! He struggles to get her FOOT off but shes too POWERFUL! he slowly begins to fade from exhaustion and falls to the floor!

Terra paces around him, taunting him that "the great kickboxing champion has fallen" and HUMILIATING his claim to fame. She decides since he wanted to have fun with her, she would return the favor and have some fun with him! She jumps and TRAMPLES down onto his chest! He struggles to get her off, but she won't budge!

As she stands full weight on Toby's chest, Terra mocks him and makes him submit to her! He begs for her to stop TRAMPLING him. She removes one FOOT, but keeping him on the ground with the other, digging it further into his chest! She reminds him they had a bet, and she was the winner. He agrees to sign over his business. She stands VICTORIOUSLY over his weak body and calls her boss to let him know the good news.

Upon ending the phone call, she was instructed to EXECUTE Toby regardless, so she STOMPS her POWERFUL FOOT into Toby's chest, finishing him off. He lays motionless. She grabs the papers, steps on Toby's body one last time and walks out of the room.
