I'm watching the instruction on my laptop on mute and I appear to be looking at my cam. the poses and repetition are pretty difficult to maintain (pilates SUCKS), so I exhale hard a lot & look very annoyed :P a more natural clip of mine, no makeup, just doing something I normally do. almost voyeuristic... lots of my feet and very long legs flexing. my legs were super burning after a few minutes! HD but in lower light.
