When Dixie and her husband have an important appointment at a famous fertility clinic, she insist they go to see Madame Marie, a spiritual advisor, to see if she can be of any help. Her husband is a skeptic and leaves in a huff but Dixie stays to hear her out and Ms. Marie gives her a potion that she claims will solve their problems.

The night before their appointment, Dixie reminds her husband that he has to put a semen sample in the cup first thing in the morning so it's fresh for their visit and after he rolls over to go to rest, she drinks the potion as instructed by Madame Marie. That night while they rest, powerful magic takes over and they swap bodies.

When Nate wakes up the next morning and goes to use the bathroom, he is shocked to find something missing. When he turns to the mirror he can't believe his eyes, he's in Dixie's body. He runs to wake her up frantically but all she (in Nate's body) is concerned about is the semen sample. They still have to make their appointment and so someone is going to have to figure out how to get it into the cup...
